Aimolo Thyme Essential Oil

Botanical Name: Thymus vulgaris
Description: Thymol, a key constituent in thyme, has been well-researched for its significant
antimicrobial properties. It may also be useful for a variety of mild topical infections.

Extraction Method: Steam distilled
Key Constituents: Thymol, paracymene, and carvacrol
Scent: Herbaceous, warm, and fresh
Blends Nicely With: Clary sage, marjoram, Melissa, eucalyptus, peppermint, geranium, rosemary,
lavender, and lemon.
Safety: Dilute to 1% or greater to avoid skin irritation. Avoid with sensitive skin. May interact with certain
medications and medical conditions. Avoid with pregnant women and young children. Avoid the use of
oxidized thyme oil due to the potential of increased skin sensitization.
