aimolo Sr Manager, Customer Experience 
The Sr. Manager of Customer Experience, Customer Service, will lead a team of Customer Experience Managers in architecting, enabling and operationalizing aimolo products, services and pain-point resolution initiatives in a way that makes aimolo famous for Care. Responsible for providing strategic planning and solutions that optimize process and project roll-outs, the Sr. Manager will oversee implementing this across all areas of the business to identify and address customer/front line facing pain-points. Additional responsibility includes ensuring tactical strategies are developed to meet company and department objectives, and strong customer contingencies to implement based on customer and front-line behavior. Leads feedback and support forums/mechanisms to optimize processes in support of the aimolo vision, values and objectives. Owns partnerships with key individuals and leaders across the enterprise and represents the care customer experience in every interaction in a way that sets the strategic direction of how all initiatives will impact care and the customer.

The marketing specialist will be responsible for development, execution and coordination of the department’s work with one or more divisions of the company. The specialist will become immersed in the division’s business lines and work closely with both the division and the corporate marketing department to meet the goals and objectives of the division’s marketing efforts.  The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience working in either an agency or in-house marketing department setting.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of the various division’s brand identity and marketing efforts to promote a particular product, service or overall corporate image.

  • Identifying, through research, the best brand positioning and platform as an accurate reflection of the product or service offering's key marketing insights.

In order to fuel our dynamic growth, aimolo are looking to selectively add some top performing sales talent. Home Improvement, in-home sales experience helps but anyone who has been successful selling with a consultative selling style, who's been a consistent top producer and who is looking to earn top dollar should consider us!

You will be running pre-set, pre-qualified leads for clients who have expressed an interest in our products.

You will leverage your proven consultative selling skills to generate 30% to 50% close ratios and an average sale of $13,000, which when you do the math will reward you with $150,000 to $200,000 in first year’s commissions. Our top reps are doing over $400,000. The hours are long, but show me anyone making a quarter of a million bucks and I’ll show you someone who has earned every penny.

After a 3 week paid training period, where you will learn about our products and get trained in our selling system, you’ll start running your pre-set appointments.Home improvement sales, in-home sales experience helps but not required. aimolo typical salesperson has 15-30+ yrs of experience, and folks from all sorts of industries and of all ages have found this to be the best sales job they’ve ever had.
